Refund Policy 
You can request a refund within 30 days of receiving the item. Once we receive the product and confirm its validity, we can refund the full purchase price. To return an item, please contact us via phone number 512-733-4068 or email service@coolakeus.com.

For 30-day return policy, please ensure that: 
• You have purchased the product directly from coolakeus.com. You should contact Coolake and begin the return process, within 30 days from the original shipment date. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Refund Methods 
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. If you paid by credit card, the amount will be credited back to your card. For PayPal transactions, the funds will be returned to your PayPal account. Please note that it may take 3 - 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

2. Return Process 

• Obtain a return label. You can get your return label by contacting us via telephone, or email for assistance.
• Print and sticker the label on the outside of the package.
• Contact fedex to pick up.

Return Shipping 
Customers need to pay for any return shipping to the designated service center (including cross-border and international shipping costs, if applicable) unless the refund is due to performance faults.
