1. Shipping Time 

Shipment times for each product vary depending on availability. The estimated shipping time is shown for each product when you place an order. If your order includes several products, the estimated shipping time will depend on the product that will take the longest. We do not separate orders, nor do we separate combo products and ship them before the estimated shipping time. If you want to receive products individually as soon as they are available, please order them separately.

2. Delivery and Shipping Fee 

Shipping Services 
All orders on Coolake's website will be shipped within 1-2 days after the order is placed, normally using a FedEx service, taking 3-5 working days, the shipping time in remote areas will be extended.
・Please note that delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, natural disaster, traffic conditions, holidays and so on.
・The modular ice machine are shipped in separate packages.

Shipping Fee 
We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

3. Inspection and Sign 
As Coolake's products are generally quite valuable, please inspect the package upon delivery. If it’s damaged or deformed, do not sign the delivery or open the package. To protect your rights, you are highly recommended to shoot a complete unboxing video and check the items according to the packing list. If items are missing or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours after you receive the package so that we can resolve the problem immediately.
